In 2017 the store chain Stradivarius, which belongs to INDITEX, released a t-shirt with the message ‘Everybody should be feminist’.

This clothing became very succesful, and social media was completely filled with pictures of it, due to all the masive promotion influencers created about it.

INDITEX is the most popular spanish multinational company, founded by Amancio Ortega, and the owner of Zara, Pull&Bear, Bershka, Oysho, Stradivarius, and many more, known to be fast fashion store chains.

Since the beginning of the company, not even one media source decided to worry about what happens on the other side of INDITEX: inequiality and exploitative work that all of their workers suffer from, in the Third World with low salaries that keep them in the same extreme poverty situation.

In this photomontage the two sides are overlayed: the consumers’ side and the workers’ side, and how the first ones talk about a feminism that doesn’t include the second ones.

The clothing reveals what the rest seem to forget.
