Based on the latest discussions inside the lesbian community about our representation this question emerges: How can we elaborate new representative and visual strategies without explicitly showing our lesbian bodies?
From this question on, over the years clearly an iconography has been born from our own narratives and experiences.

Thinking about this lesbian iconographic imaginary, Malena Hidalgo decides to bring it to the physical and literal creation, choosing words related to the lesbian community and translating them into sculptural pieces. Later, these will be put together to mimic a -kind of- tribute to the community, into a white mini closet as a pedestal.
